What can a barrister do for me?

Barristers are cheaper than solicitors , they don't have the same level of overheads. You pay a Barrister for their time and expertise as they do not run costs of offices and administration.

You will only deal with Barristers that are experts in your chosen area of law. You will be advised of the strengths and weaknesses of your case and will be represented in court or Tribunal.

All your paper work, legal documents and letters will be written for you by an expert barrist

You will correspond directly with the barrister and you will be able to discuss the matter over the telephone, by email, video-conference or in person. you will be sent a Client Care Letter which details the Terms and conditions that apply to the instruction. The Client Care Letter is a contractual agreement between you and the expert barrister you instruct

Expert barristers will be happy to provide a fixed fee quote or work to meet your budget.

Dealing directly with a barrister is much quicker than going through a solicitor as the only parties involved are you and your barrister.

Do I qualify for Legal Aid?

Legal aid can help pay for your legal advice, family or representation in court or at a tribunal. You’ll be asked general questions about your legal problem and your financial situation.
